We started Handle as a way to create fairness in the staffing and recruiting space, charging fair rates to our customers and passing most of what we bill to our talent directly. With over 25 years of recruiting experience, we continue to monitor trends and changes within the industry, while also continuously soliciting feedback from our clients to make sure we always provide the best value to our companies, candidates, and employees.
We don't think of ourselves as low-price; we think of ourselves as right priced. We keep our overhead low with streamlined teams, no fancy offices or advertising. We don't want to get rich off the sweat of our contractors and charge a fair price to our customers reflective on current market conditions. Most nearshore staffing agencies charge upward of $60-$70 an hour and keep over 50% for themselves. Handle has a cap of $52 an hour for Senior Level talent with 75% going to the contractor themselves.
